  I wish I could rate this company a negative star. The customer service that I was provided along with the florist was absolutely horrible. While people are trying their best to pay their respect, the staff was very disrespectful and could not be bothered to assist in providing any information.

  The staff is very unprofessional. If I ever have another loved one pass away i will never go back there nor will I never recommend their services

  During my uncle's service, while his casket was being removed, I went to take a single flower from the top that was falling off. One of the staff members grabbed my hand quite hard, and attempted to remove the flower from my hand. Not only was this highly insensitive and foolish (because it could have escalated), but horribly poor judgement on his behalf. We paid for a service and was disrespected by one of the attendants. In the future, please consider a customer service and sensitivity training. I would never utilize your services again, nor recommend someone. Also, my uncle was transported from Detroit to Atlanta and he looked amazing when he left, but not so good when we saw him there.

  Best kept secret on Candler Road! I worked with Inez Giles with Rest Haven and she referred me to Raleigh Rucker. I was a little hesitant because I've lived in the area for over 50 years and had used others before. Raleigh Rucker was AWESOME! They were very professional, and did an awesome job with my aunt. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends.
